Week 12 Weigh-In

Weight (pounds):

SW: 263
CW: 217
GW: 150

Last Week: 220
Current Loss: 4
Total Lost: 47

I haven't been posting as much lately, but I'm still hanging in there. My goal for next week is to lose another 3 for a total of 50 or more lbs lost. I think it's very doable! I'm extremely confident that I will reach that goal considering how my weight loss has been going so far.

Today is my anniversary ... been married to my hubby for 3 years now. Not sure what the plans are to celebrate, but we'll figure something out I'm sure.

Next week I may be pushing my cleanse day to Weds and weigh-in on Thurs since the 4th is on a Tues (my normal cleanse day), and the family is planning a cookout that day and some fireworks. I may or may not be able to go. If not then it will be a cleanse day as usual.

Another great week though! Woo hoo, closer and closer to my goal. Right now I'm getting really excited about how close I'm getting to the 100s again. When I hit 199 I'm going to be thrilled because it's been many years since I was that weight. I gotta say though that losing inches is great too lol. I don't think it will be long at all before I'm in a 14. I'm top heavy though, so I'm bigger up top than I am on the bottom. I have a short torso and long legs. So my shirt size goes down a bit slower it seems than my pant size. I'm getting there though!

Next week sometime when I hit the 50 lost mark, I will be posting some pictures. So stay tuned!

Week 11 Weigh-In

Weight (pounds):

SW: 263
CW: 220
GW: 150

Last Week: 223
Current Loss: 3
Total Lost: 43

Things have been a bit crazy since I started a part-time job working overnight. I eat and sleep at different times during the day now, so it took some getting adjusted to. Plus, it's been more difficult to squeeze in some exercise, but I try to make up for the lack at work. Since it's not very busy at night, I walk around the store. Not really the same for me as taking an actual walk because I when I go for my walks I tend to throw in some jogging which I don't do in the store of course lol, but it's still moving and walking. Calories are still burned so it counts for something.

Anyway, not a bad week at all! Woo hoo ... 21 lbs from ONEderland. It's getting closer *cheer*. BTW I can't remember if I mentioned in a previous post what ONEderland is, so maybe I should add this to the sidebar info, but all it is basically is just getting back into the 100lb zone. So I'm 21 lbs away from 199 and getting back into the 100s. As I get closer to my goal, my actual goal weight may change, but for now 150 seems reasonable.

Those that are reading my blog, and following my story that have been debating on whether or not to give this program a try ... I really encourage you to contact me. We'll go over any questions you may have, and see if this would be right for you and your goals. Keep in mind there is a money back guarantee, so there is virtually no risk involved, and hey you may very well love your results as I have. It's not just weight loss for me. I feel wonderful on this program, and I highly recommend it based on my own experience with this. It's been a blessing to me.

Another NSV

Well it's official ... I'm now in a regular 16. I knew the 18s were getting somewhat baggy, so I figured I was in a 16. but I wasn't sure until Sunday when we went to Target and I tried on some more jeans. I don't buy many new clothes when I need a smaller size because I don't intend to stay in them that long ... I would like to go down to at least a 12. I was a 12 probably sometime in middle school. I was in a 16s and 18s in high school ... 18 when I graduated. Then it just went up after that. So it's great to see the sizes go down now - woo hoo!

Anyway, I'm overly tired so no ramble session this morning lol. Was just very happy to be in a regular 16 now .... YAY! *cheer*

SW: 263
CW: 223
GW: 150

Last Week: 227
Current Loss: 4
Total Lost: 40

I'm reporting very early in the morning because right now my hours are all out of whack and so is my schedule of when I eat and such. So it's 3am and I decided to go ahead and weigh-in. I'm pleased to report that ... I DID IT! Even though I majorly goofed this week, I still reached my goal of 223 to be able to report a 40 lb loss in 10 weeks *cheer* ... I'm excited, and I'm feeling great!

Confession Time

Well this is very difficult to write here, but I said I would be totally honest in my postings, so here goes. I was absolutely horrible last night. I didn't just cheat, I gorged, and I'm very disappointed in myself. Yes, I've been a little bad here and there, but I still had some control over myself, but last night I just lost it. I had a goal for next week, to be able to report a 40 lb loss in 10 weeks, and I was on track for that. I don't report mid-week totals or anything because my weight can fluctuate, but I was down to 224.5 ... this morning I was back up to 226. How could I let myself do that? It's like for brief moment ... I just didn't care. I try to stay positive, but I have been under a lot of stress lately on top of PMS (which I get really bad), and I haven't been getting much sleep the past couple weeks either. As I've posted about before, I'm and emotional eater, but I've been doing a lot better with it, until recently. It's almost like I blanked out and went on auto-eat. I feel like crap this morning too. I haven't eaten like that in a long time, and I feel disgusting right now. Anyway, various things are just going on right now ... don't really want to get into details on that, but I'm trying to get everything under control. I really didn't need my little "episode" on top of all of that because it certainly didn't make my stress level go down - it just added to it.

My body certainly noticed what happened, and it doesn't like it at all because I really do feel gross this morning due to all the horrible things I ate ... the peanut butter wasn't that bad ... sometimes I crave that for some odd reason, and I had calories to spare for that last night before everything else, but then I had to move on to some of the grits my husband made with lots of butter (Smart Balance Light, so it wasn't the worst thing in the world there) ... then onto leftover chinese food (egg roll and chicken pancit which was my husband's food from the night before). Anyway, I was stuffed with all that nastiness. Then I went to bed shortly after. Late night gorging is never a good thing. I think I had something around the vicinity of 3600 calories for the day yesterday ... egads!

Last night is done and over, and altho I've gotten a lot better about getting over it and moving on when I have gone off track, but this time it's harder to shake that awful feeling of failure. I know I've been doing very well so far, but I thought I had better control than that, and for me to have just lost it like that ... *sigh*.

Ok, I have 3 days left in the week before I weigh-in on Weds, I can turn this around. I may or may not be able to report that I've lost 40 lbs in 10 weeks, but even if I lost just a lb, which at 226, I'm still showing a an overall loss for the week so far, I've succeeded even just a little given the circumstances. 3 lbs in 3 days ... can I do it? I guess we'll see. If not ... that's ok too. But I've got to get over this negativity. I've come too far to let something like this keep me down, and I'm not going to allow this temporary setback keep me from reaching my goals because I will make it. I haven't failed until I actually quit, and quitting is not an option. I CAN and WILL do this! I'm NOT an awful person for what I did last night. I had a moment of weakness and caved, but that's DONE and OVER now. Time to move on, and get back on track because there's nothing I can do to change what happened last night. I can only do something about what I do today, and today I'm back on track, and my journey continues.

How To Have MORE Energy Without Harmful Herbs

Will drugs or diet pills help you lose weight?

Most diet pills that claim to be able to help you lose weight can be dangerous. Stay away from any diet products containing Mahuang or Ephedra.

In America, some over-the-counter weight loss supplements contain thyroid extract from animals, or other substances that supposedly act like human thyroid hormones to speed up metabolism.

Reported side effects of these products include:

- Nervousness and tremors
- Bags under the eyes
- Racing heart beat
- Diarrhea and Constipation
- Excessive sweating and many more
- High Blood Pressure
- Anxiety and/or Depression
- Lethargy

Check out Isagenix products instead:

Our products use NO dangerous herbs. That means NO Mahuang or Ephedra. We do NOT add caffeine, and there are NO aggressive stimulants!

Week 9 Weigh-In

Weight (pounds):

SW: 263
CW: 227
GW: 150

Last Week: 231
Current Loss: 4
Total Lost: 36

NSV: Well remember those size 38 pants I keep mentioning? I can now put them on while standing up (buttoned and zipped) lol. They were still a bit snug when I gave it a try a couple days ago, but I'm close to wearing them comfortably. The size 40s are actually too big. Although these are actually jean shorts, and I'm unsure of the cut. I think the 40s are loose fit because the legs were big when I was wearing them before, but the waist was fine. Anyway, I'm definitely still making progress. 28 lbs from Onederland and I'm feeling GREAT! I love it!!! Woo hoo!
